Today on the CLL Society website, we share a Dr. John Gribben’s talk about Immune Strategies in CLL which was taped during the Patient Empowerment and Education Meeting held at UCSD in April 2015. Please take a look here to see the article and a video of his talk.
This week we’re in the throes of preparations for Thanksgiving with the family, so this will be the only posting. Next week we’re off to Orlando for the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting. Our schedules are set and we’re excited to hear about the latest data in CLL and to share it with you. We’ll be simultaneously working on the second issue of The CLL Tribune!
REGISTER NOW: If you live in the Los Angeles area, please consider attending a post-ASH patient education forum and CLL Society LA support group launch in conjunction with City of Hope. Dr. Tanya Siddiqi will be presenting on the latest data on Diagnosis and Frontline Treatment and Dr. Steven Rosen will present on Relapsed Disease and Novel Therapies. The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015. You can access the flyer here and pre-registration is requested. We look forward to meeting you there.
Finally, if you are receiving this email through a CLL Society Alert, you are all set. If you are receiving this through another method and haven’t already, please sign up here. Also, please forward this email to a fellow patient or caregiver who might benefit from knowing more about CLL. We’ve been posting a lot of great lectures lately and now we’ll have an abundance of new data on CLL directly from ASH, as well as the second issue of The CLL Tribune coming out before the end of 2015. This alert is your best friend in knowing what new material we have posted.
We are all this together
