Friends,
For those of you who have been enjoying an early summer vacation, welcome back and check out the latest issue of The CLL Tribune. Within this issue’s Reader Poll, we are offering caregivers the opportunity to provide feedback/suggestions/comments about how we might better provide support for them. You can access the survey here.
In our Conference Coverage section, read an interview with Mark Wildgust from Janssen about obviously, ibrutinib, but also the trials that will gather more information and the companies that are researching new compounds that may offer equal or different benefits compared to ibrutinib. You can read the article, watch the interview and read the transcript here.
In our Clinical Trials section, we’ve uploaded a poster from ASCO about a novel kinase inhibitor being studied with CLL patients who have been intolerant of other kinase inhibitors due to adverse events. You can read about it and access the link to the clinical trial and the poster here.
