Our survey tells us that 87% agree or strongly agree that caregivers would benefit from more medical education and a whopping 92% would benefit from specific services.
The survey then asked respondents to choose which specific services they would like to see made available to caregivers. The top services respondents are interested in seeing made available are: Helpful tips for caregivers offered by other caregivers or experts which was requested by two out of three respondents, followed by Educational opportunities specific to caregiving wanted by more than half.
Caregivers are clearly asking for more education and support.
