The combination of acalabrutinib and obinituzumab proved to be well tolerated and very effective in all stages of CLL. Watch Dr. Koffman’s review of this research here.
CAR-T therapy has significant side effects and risks, but it knocks back the CLL in most patients. Here is Dr. Koffman’s video review of this important ASCO abstract on CAR-T. We will be updating this using the data set from ASH early in 2020.
