The data are thin and premature, but it does seem at this moment in time that young and untreated CLL patents are at similar high risk of severe disease as those who are older and have had therapy. There should be more data released soon that should help clarify your choice.
Unless you can have similar PPE as a healthcare provider, I personally would not return to work. Too risky if you have CLL. Others who are more qualified than me might disagree.
