My wife is 71 years old, was diagnosed in 2008 with cll and is currently taking Ibrutinib and monthly IVIG infusions. Should she receive the covid vaccine? Thank you

We have no data on the vaccine in CLL patients and based on what happens with other vaccines and our understanding of the immune system, we must consider that IVIG and ibrutinib might dampen immune response.
