Free translations of common terms used on relationship to COVID-19

In science and medicine, information is constantly changing and may become out-of-date as new data emerge. All articles and interviews are informational only, should never be considered medical advice, and should never be acted on without review with your health care team.

In April, Eriksen Translations released a glossary of COVID-19 terms, to help organizations develop multilingual messaging related to the coronavirus pandemic. They recently increased the number of languages to 18 and expanded the glossary to include 150 terms.

We know that English is not the first language of some of our readers, and that the idioms such as “flattening the curve” or “social distancing” may not translate well, so we hope this service from Eriksen Translations helps
