Duvelisib plus venetoclax is a time-limited, all-oral regimen active in relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and Richter syndrome.
CLL Society would like to make a special request to all of those who have CLL / SLL in our community to please consider submitting a personal comment to the FDA regarding the possibility of duvelisib being removed as an available treatment option.
The days may be numbered for the use of duvelisib, a very effective but potentially toxic oral medication used in CLL / SLL.

There are two approved types of medications that block B cells and lead to excellent control of CLL.
The best known are ibrutinib (Ibrutinib) and acalabrutinib (Calquence) that inhibit the B cell receptor (BCR) downstream by inhibiting BTK.
